How long does a detailing take?
Service times vary by vehicle size and condition. Touch-Up appointments typically take 60–90 minutes, while Signature and Purpose Reset services can take 2.5 to 6+ hours.
Do I need to be present?
While we recommend being present to ensure your vehicle is properly protected and to answer any questions, we can often work with you from a distance if you prefer.
What if it rains?
We will reschedule your appointment if the weather is unsafe for our equipment. We prioritize your vehicle's safety and the professional quality of our work.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit is required for all one-time appointments to secure your preferred date and time. This is typically a small percentage of the total service cost.
Can I join a membership immediately?
Yes, you can join our maintenance club at any time. Membership provides scheduled professional care and significant savings on add-ons and recurring services.
What areas do you service?
We serve customers throughout the Raleigh, North Carolina/Triangle area. Travel fees and minimum appointment amounts may apply outside our primary service zone.
What happens if my vehicle is dirty?
If your vehicle has excessive dirt, mud, or heavy stains, a Purpose Reset appointment may be required before we begin maintenance. We will discuss your vehicle's condition before booking.
Can you service multiple vehicles?
Yes, we can service multiple vehicles at one location. This is ideal for fleet owners, families, or anyone with multiple cars in the driveway.
