Scheduling and Appointments Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information

• Provide a safe working environment

• Ensure vehicle access at the scheduled time

• Remove personal belongings before service Failure to meet these conditions may result in service delays or rescheduling.

Pricing Prices listed on the website are estimated starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Excessive dirt, pet hair, or stains

Payments Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods may include: • Credit or debit card • Mobile payment apps • Cash Failure to pay may result in refusal of future services.

• Pre-existing scratches, dents, or paint damage

• Personal belongings left in the vehicle

• Damage caused by previously damaged surfaces Customers acknowledge that detailing services cannot repair existing damage.
