Refund Policy 

Customer Satisfaction is important to us.

If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

​

We may offer:

  • A re-clean of the affected area

  • A partial refund when appropriate

​

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:::

  • Pre-existing stains or damage

  • Permanent staining or discoloration

  • Odors embedded in materials

  • Services approved and completed by the customer

Some stains or damage cannot be removed due to the nature of the material

Appointment Cancellations

Customers may cancel appointments 24hours in advance without penalty

​

Late cancellations may result in a fee.
